Nicole Swelto is a paralegal and Spanish interpreter with The Snow Legal Group and has worked with the organization in several capacities since moving to Charlotte, NC in 2002. Ms. Swelto hails from Vineland, NJ where she was born and reared. Her parents instilled in her the drive for working hard, a passion for helping others, and the desire to pursue ones dreams. As a result, one of Nicole’s dream was realized when she graduated from Rutgers University in Brunswick, NJ with a BA in Nursing and a minor in Spanish. Shortly after graduating Ms. Swelto moved to Charlotte, NC and furthered her education at the UNC-Charlotte by obtaining her paralegal certification.

Since obtaining her certification she has worked in the legal arena and has gained a vast knowledge of the industry. With over 9 years of experience in the legal profession, Nicole has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of personal injury, medical mal-practice, workman’s compensation, criminal and criminal defense. From the time Ms. Swelto began her career in the legal industry, she has utilized her zeal as an advocate for the Latino community. In addition, Nicole volunteers as an interpreter for the Latino community to ensure that these individuals are aware of their legal rights.

In her spare time Nicole loves participating in many outdoor activities. Additionally, she is passionate about spending time with her friends and family, and traveling.
